27/3/2024 08:18 | Debts matter ..it's eating to co revenues that may enhance losses..APH is a downer. | baldrick1
27/3/2024 08:05 | Not correct, APH debt down to 90m from 109m & revenues 182m , debt is getting down every year by 10%- 20%, when companies make money debt is not a mattar. 50m profit from 182m revenues which shows good margins of profitability. Hvo debt is very low which is good but mcap went to high 240m against small 60m revenues | blackhorse23
27/3/2024 07:22 | APH debts significantly higher than revenues. | baldrick1
27/3/2024 07:20 | Eg. HVO Revenue 56m but mcap 240m , similar company APH , profit 50m , revenues 182m , mcap only 180m | blackhorse23
27/3/2024 07:16 | Mcap too high in Here , after placing even higher. | blackhorse23

22/3/2024 17:19 | 22 march 24 jpm adds a smidgen | ali47fish
22/3/2024 16:11 | It's the same reason (IMO) why we didn't get a holdings notice for Canaccord going through 3% through their IFSL Marlborough funds, or for JPM going through 3% or 4%. | 1gw
22/3/2024 15:46 | Hmm interesting. I had always understood it to be 5, 10 if the company was not registered in the UK and 3, 4, 5 etc if it was. 5.1.5 is interesting, I'll try and read some more | discojames
22/3/2024 15:38 | Not as I understand it discojames. I think they have to disclose at 5%, 10% and then every 1%. This is under DTR 5.1.5 rather than DTR 5.1.2 because their funds are classified under the 5.1.5 list (UCITS I guess). It is coincidental that they have also gone through 7% overall. You can see from the table in part 9 of the form that they are disclosing going through 5% as JPM(UK) - this was left blank in the previous disclosure meaning JPM(UK) was below the disclosure threshold for shares. | 1gw
22/3/2024 15:37 | Another TR1 for #HVO @hVIVO_UK has issued a new TR1 which reflects the increase in JP Morgan's shareholding to 7.03% polaris.brighterir.c | burtond1
22/3/2024 15:29 | This one is because they passed through 7%, not because any particular entity passed 5%. They have to RNS within two trading days every move through a single percentage, in either direction, once above 3%. | discojames
22/3/2024 15:22 | Don't you just love the disclosure rules. JPM have added a bit over 800k shares in the 9 days since the previous announcement (12th to 21st March) as I read it. As far as I can see this one is because JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited has gone through the 5% threshold in its own right on shares. The previous one was because JP Morgan as a whole had gone through 5% on shares. I guess the implication of the last two rows of section 9 is that a total of around 0.1% of shares (i.e. 7.04% held by JPM as a whole less the 6.92% held by the UK subsidiary) is held between the China and Taiwan subsidiaries! | 1gw
22/3/2024 15:07 | JP Morgan AM up and over 7% now just RNSd. And they are a proper tier 1 asset management house They see the potential here. | dan_the_epic

20/3/2024 16:43 | While I'm here, Does anyone who follows this closer than me these days have any info about hvo monetising their volunteer database? MK has mentioned that a couple of times recently, but I'm not sure whether it's gone any further. Apparently, getting Phase 1 2 and 3 volunteers with the right characteristics is getting more and more difficult for big pharma, and all those wanting to get onto a challenge study but fail (like the vast majority do), are probably motivated candidates for the 3 formal phases, as far as I understand it. Seems reasonably if hvo has a large database of willing and able volunteers, big pharma would pay to quickly populate the formal test phases. Anyone any more info? | pierre oreilly
20/3/2024 16:31 | Yes I agree.....but it's still nice to see that reflected in the charts | hotteruk6
20/3/2024 16:28 | Hott, I don't think those now controlling the price give a f about double tops. Imo, they are only concerned with what hvo may look like in a couple of year's time. PIs and their tea leaves are now out of the picture imv. | pierre oreilly
20/3/2024 16:04 | The double top needs breaking | hotteruk6
20/3/2024 15:04 | Another one for the filter. Quite sad that so many are allowing another poster to control their bb activities and posts. Do you really want some anonymous idiot to cause you to respond ? | yump
