If it had a positive 50p impact on revenue then this lot would have to RNS it.

RNS announcements have to be issued for two reasons.

1. Where the company is legally required to. For example the CEO resigning.

2. Any changes that have a material impact on the company. For example a contract worth £10 million.

For any others its up to the discretion of the company. This MOU on its own won't have a material impact on the company. Contracts as a result of it will.

There may yet be an RNS for it on Monday who knows. However we do know that they are trying to reduce costs so paying the nomad to put out an RNS that has no impact on the company isn't the wisest way to spend their cash.

The zombies will always stay stupid because they don't know where they are. A question for the stupid: If what they call "MOU" is real, why didn't they issue an official RNS instead of throwing a tweet from probably a golf course, betweeen sips of champagne ? The same procedure used by "you ain't seen nothing yet" - Idiots never learn despite the cunning rascals are reverting to the same practices again and again. Next, sell your caravans to average down ...

fuji99 - I'm getting a little tired of you now. Initially you use to raise some valid points all of which I have addressed. You are now straying into the satirical and slapstick because you have simply run out of reasons to pan the company.

Try and steer yourself back on course and ask sensible questions of me if there is something you don't understand.

"Why would VRS CEO be visiting HD Hyundai Heavy Industries?" - Because of "MOU" of course. How the "turnaround project" doing ? It's swimming with MOU. Now the word of the day is MOU with all paths leading to a MOU. However, behind "MOU" another raise is hidden. Every trick leads to your pocket. Their actual "R & D" is finding a new trick to raise money. "You ain't seen nothing yet".
PWhite is woking full time to promote the wind.
Starting to even think he could belong to the fake "marketing team".

"HD Hyundai Heavy Industries Achieves World’s First Noise Reduction in Warships Using Graphene Damping Material" 2023.12.07 10:39

"HD Hyundai Heavy Industries developed this graphene-based damping material for warships in collaboration with HD Korea Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)

Interesting Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology are the same people who Dr Hodge met up with on his trip.

"...and it was a pleasure catching up with Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology Prof. Sang Ouk Kim and exploring his company GrapheneALL"

It's all coming together.

"It was great to see the cutting-edge innovations at HD Hyundai Heavy Industries’ R&D facility in Seongnam"

Why would VRS CEO be visiting HD Hyundai Heavy Industries? Is it because there is a collaboration between HD Hyundai Heavy Industries and MCK Tech using VRS graphene hence the MOU on top of their existing agreement.

"These MOUs are for real. Unlike previous MOUs signed with China Railway."
Why weren't they "real" then ? How a non-zombie would believe it's not the same old tricky song ?
For more than 10 years, they raised dozen of £millions, announcing all sort of MOU's and agreements - still with zero output. Now with empty pockets, no offices, no factory, selling any bit they can sell, they want to leure innocent people into their new trap wihout exit. Each time they discover a new trick. Now it's apprently "MOU" MOU MOU MOU MOU MOU MOU MOU.

sj - "Real as in there's a commercial objective?"

Yes both sides have a commercial objective to profit from the sale and usage of graphene products and services.

The MOU is not simply intended to hoodwink gullible PIs into buying the shares as virtually all previous MOUs were.

That's a really strong statement. Can you describe just how "real" they are? Real as in they involve a real 3rd party? Real as in there's a commercial objective? Real as in they'll make a positive difference for investors? Feel free to elaborate otherwise it's just an Ali G "Fo real innit"

🇰🇷 Versarien® plc CEO, Stephen Hodge and Versarien Korea director Rachel Y. Kim had a very successful week in Korea meeting with strategic partners and exploring new opportunities.

A heartfelt thank you to Prof. Won-Kyu Park from Sungkyunkwan University for the invitation to present at the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) TC113 workshop and participate in a stimulating panel discussion. The connections made with other TC113 members was invaluable.

It was great to see the cutting-edge innovations at HD Hyundai Heavy Industries’ R&D facility in Seongnam and it was a pleasure catching up with Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology Prof. Sang Ouk Kim and exploring his company GrapheneALL, as well as meeting long-term collaborator Prof. Hyun-jong Chung from Konkuk University for fruitful discussions. During the trip we also spent time with strategic partner GrapheneLab’s CEO Young Duck Kwon and some of GL's talented scientists.

To cap off the week, we signed an MoU together with MCK Tech CEO Dr Seungmin Cho, paving the way for exciting future collaborations and business development opportunities, following MCK's acquisition of Versarien® plc's CVD graphene equipment. Here's to a bright future ahead!
