What a tumultuous time it has been over the years. Italy,Morocco, trips in the desert, the meets in London etc.
I think you could make a film out of it.
Maybe that's what Sound could do,the only way they could make money.

In my view no. The latest loan came with another massive dilution risk if not repaid too. There's simply no progress and worse, no communication with the market from this one. First gas will always to 1-2 quarters ahead here, and that's what should be engraved on the tombstone.

Sou won't make it. mana will runout of cash and any option to raise more cash. No rns to say we are 90% complete on the micro lng plant, waiting on parts blah blah blah.....nope all we get is silence.This tells me that mana are screweing the news flow and will continue to do so so Sou have no chance to work up some PI interest so they can get a raise out for £2m just seems so inept that they have allowed themselves to get jog tied yet again.

Only if they borrow all of it for the whole period, but far better than running out of money. I would think that they will get better offers as production companies look for gas fields outside of the Gulf. I would think Sound would be first place in front of the likes of Chariot and Predator.

Had to double-check what I was reading. Placing at small discount. Decent stuff. Term loan at 20% interest. Awful.

Then noticed it wasn't 20% per year. 20% per 1/3rd of a year. 60% annual interest. Worse than borrowing on a credit card. Utter imbeciles.
