Nash has got this so wrong for the past 3 years......👧 couldn't even predict 👧 own birthday.

Like I've ALWAYS said and swam against the tide the ESIA wasn't coming soon.

Now corruptions and deals kick in....well it can all change but you lot will get rogered for a fraction of what this should and could be worth.....thats the reality🫨8526;🤣

It's a striking time for EML. I can't see beyond June for the permit now that central government have agreed it.What happens then, Asians own 25% - big money and big muscle.

No hint when the regional government reexamine EML's proposal? Staggeringly obvious that a select few are hostile to creation jobs and a new town and an increase in significant funds overall Moroccan people. There is surely no more EML could do to improve the project?

It's perhaps a 1.4 billion usd npv so with a market cap of just 25m that's not far off a 50 fold increase.
So if they now own say 6m worth then potential for them is nearly 300 million £ gain
Plus they could loan 400m usd to finance the project.
The downside is if the project isn't approved then perhaps 6m lost

Common Sense tells me that Global Sustainable Minerals Plc would NOT have acquired a 26% equity take in Emmerson Plc UNLESS they were extremely confident that the Company would be granted the ESIA permit.

Youre getting your dollars and pounds mingled.There were around 1bn shares.They raised:91mill shares+ 8mill shares+ 11mill shares (retail est.).Giving additional 110m sharesI make that about 11% dilution, not 20%
