Perhaps OCP have bigger plans afoot, and the desalination capacity to get ahead of EML, in turn resulting in a direct interest in Khemisset..?

As I've said previously, the building of a desalination plant would've been in emmersons best Interests and the extra expenditure would have increased the chances of gaining the environmental approvals, and would've benefitted Moroccans too. Probably not too late, but why haven't they even considered this as part of the khemisset offering.

#Rajawali, encouraging to read that the permitting office is still open and they are making decisions with ESIA approvals, with a bit of luck ours should not be far away from a hearing, it may even be next.. :o)

Chariot just awarded their ESIA in Morocco. Is the bottleneck unblocking?

Meanwhile, BHP just announced it has upped its investment in Jansen in Canada with another $4.9bn on Stage 2. Putting their considerable capital on a compelling megatrend.

Africa's population alone has gone up by 100 million mouths since Morocco has been deliberating on the ESIA.
