Mortgage rates increasing. Not good for new buyers or those coming off low rate fixed rate mortgages.

Affordability, anxiety, stress..Health.

The biggest problem facing the UK is health.

It's been building up since the financial crisis of 2008.

So how can the new build houses be described as FREEHOLD with the encumbrance of a management company and the deficiencies of uncapped unregulated management fees written into the title deeds ? The UK definition of fraud is :
‘ when a person dishonestly makes a false representation in order to gain for themselves or cause loss to another.‘

So I feel that definition possibly fits well with describing new build houses as freehold, when they are not really free from hold.

As a matter of public interest we should really get clarification on whether it is fraudulent or not to describe a house as freehold when it is not free from hold. Any thoughts ?
