(NYSE:EDN) ("Edenor" or the "Company") announced that, on June 26, 2009, it filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008 (the "2008 Annual Report") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
