Access Plus PLC

On 17 November 2003 TripleArc plc declared that its offer for Access Plus PLC
was wholly unconditional, save in respect of the admission of the new TripleArc
shares to trading on AIM. Admission of these shares took place on 19 November
2003. As a consequence Access Plus has today applied to cancel the admission of
its securities on AIM. The cancellation is expected to become effective from
the close of business on 28 November 2003.
