M.M.T Computing Public Limited Company ("M.M.T." or the "Company")

As set out in the offer document relating to the recommended offer by Close
Brothers Corporate Finance on behalf of Microgen plc for the entire issued and
to be issued share capital of M.M.T. (the "Offer"), M.M.T. announces that Tom
Hall, Michael Styles, Malcolm Drake and Malcolm Paul, non-executive directors of
the Company, have today resigned from the board of M.M.T. (the "Board") with
immediate effect, as a consequence of the Offer being declared unconditional in
all respects today by Microgen plc.

In addition, Peter Onslow, Dee McFarlane and Peter Bevis, executive directors of
the Company, have also resigned today from the Board of M.M.T. with immediate
effect.

Martyn Ratcliffe, David Sherriff and Mike Phillips, being current executive
directors of Microgen plc, have been appointed as executive directors of M.M.T.
with immediate effect. In addition, Gerry Liddle, the Company Secretary of
Microgen plc, has also been appointed as an executive director of M.M.T. with
immediate effect.

Save as aforesaid, there are no matters in relation to any of the new directors
which need to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules of
the UK Listing Authority.
