FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BabyUniverse, Inc. (AMEX:BUN) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock, all of which will be sold by the Company, at $9.50 per share. In connection with the offering, certain selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 300,000 additional shares, solely to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company's common stock is expected to begin trading today on the American Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BUN."
