                        Research Summit in San-Francisco


     Next generation appliance will enable full video and audio transcoding
                        for unmatched price performance

The Company announces that its subsidiary, Emblaze-VCON, a leading provider of
video communications technologies and conferencing solutions for government
agencies, operators, broadcasters and corporate enterprise markets over IP
networks, today announced the introduction of VCBproTM, next generation MCU
appliance delivering full video and audio transcoding.
New features in VCBproTM include:

   *Audio codecs : supporting aac-ld, G.722.1, AnnexC, G.722,,

   *Additional layouts including Presenter mode and "Video Return"
   *Moderator Outlook integration

   *CP layout selectable from endpoint
   *Moderator - show names in chair control / drag and drop participant into
    specific view
   *Large conference hunting through Media Xchange Manager
   *Recording
   *Alert for system with insufficient resources
