This isn't price sensitive info..
In the meeting Leni said he would not be diluting for the sake of diluting.
They don't need the money yet and he is very conciuos of Share Holder Value plus the fact that he doesn't want to dilute his and Rowans holdings..

Things which will happen b4 Christmas:

Name change on the 1st Dec

Will start trading under REM

New Website will be up and running

BIG PLAYER IN THE METALS INDUSTRY TAKING THE HELM!!!!!

Institutionl Investors want to throw money at Zest (Money isn't required yet)

I'm expecting big things with this Company. Remember, REM will be the only UK sole REE Company trading on the London Stock Exchange!!!

Leni said 2011 will be a massive year for REE's due to the stranglehold that the Chinese have on the market.

No brainer IMHO.

The EPIC ticker will change to REM by 1st December 2010 and Zest will start trading as Real Earth Minerals from that point onwards, would it be right to assume that we could get info re RTO/transaction prior to that ? or is that just wishful thinking ?

I'd like to think dilution is further down the line when the share price is closer to the 2-3p mark but this is Lenigas and if track records are anything to go by then this guy has a healthy appetite for dilutions, But both Rowans stake of 11% at 0.15 and Lenigas's holdings give me some confidence that by diluting now they would be diluting their own stakes considerably so they may avoid this for now to protect their own holdings. lol their greed might work out in our favour or we could see pigs flying soon and find no such dilution was ever planned because the type of transaction being entered into was in fact the dogs b o l l o c k s of the rare kind.

nope. doubled my money when i sold out on the large spike leaving you with the dilution baby. happy with my trading style even though no doubt its not as good as yours. i wont be trading these again.

Let me ask you a question.. Who do YOU think Leni has lined up to take the Helm at Zest?
Remember this is a big player in the Metals Market. Nomad ended the conversation when I asked if this "Player" would be buying his way into Zest.

Yes the meeting was extremely upbeat..

Bruce Rowan goes back a long way with David Lenigas, and this will not be a quick shell turnaround. This new Company is being groomed to compete with the Chinese on the Global Market. The derampers will probably tear this apart, but in 3-6 months we will see.

This is the only exclusive REM Company trading on the London Stock Market.

Is Leni big enough to take on the Chinese at their own game???

What other market is there apart from the "global" one ? The Welsh one perhaps ?
Just words and noise I told you , plenty time to get in here ,nothing much will happen for some time.Then you will get dilution on a large scale as is the Leni way.Round about then will be the time to jump in and ride the investor sentiment and possible rise to 2/3p.
Just my opinion of course.

No but not mentioning any names someone did ask if Lenigas could bring some samples from the mine to the next meeting, oh and the same guy also asked if we could go down the route of recycling batteries to remove and reuse the REM's, think he was actually being serious too.

Just returned from the EGM and can am very positive about this company. I think enough has been said already on what was discussed but from the look of it this company is really going places.
