With the 2 powerhouses running this show, I would expect to see 1.25 as the support level next week.

Long term this is a sure winner. They've got in their sights more than one deal, so there should be meat on the bones throughout next year!

4 more trading days b4 the EGM.

Worth mentioning this again (Projects and assets)!!!!!

We are asking Shareholders to approve and adopt the Proposed Investing Policy. In particular, the Company is seeking the authority of Shareholders to acquire direct and indirect interests in exploration, development and producing Rare Earth Minerals and/or Metals projects and assets. In light of the nature of the assets and projects which will be the focus of the Proposed Investing Policy the Company will consider investment opportunities anywhere in the world. The intention is to acquire a widely distributed mix of Rare Earth Minerals and Metals development and producing assets.

If the Resolution is passed and the Proposed Investing Policy is adopted the name of the Company will change to Rare Earth Minerals Plc.

If it's of any interest to punters here...New Scientist has just done an article on rare earths...here is the link


I especially like the quote, "China controls 97 per cent of the world's supply and has been tightening its export quotas, sparking concerns that the rare earths could live up to their name."

I wonder if this part of the article might give us a clue to our forthcoming deal...

"Australia has far fewer rare earths overall than the US, but the ore in its Mount Weld mine contain the highest concentration of the elements known anywhere in the world. Since the mine was completed in 2008, ore has been mined and is now stockpiled, ready for its rare earths to be extracted."

I would have thought that the change of name to Rare Earths kinda suggests it ain't an oil venture....otherwise it would be Rare EArths and some black stuff under the earth...

looking at the zest charts would I be right assuming that we have seen around a 400% rise over the last 3 months? and you think VMP is over done with 80%

Lots of pluses for VMP and I am suprised you dismissed it so quickly.

With regards to Zest does anyone have any info as to where this is going and what guise it will take on? I have heard rumors of a risky oil venture to offset the other companies in the stable but the current director allready has several of these companies that he is tied in with ie; ownership or on the board.

It's on the watch list for the time being.

any help would be appreciated.

I will hold you to that. Surley 00.38 to 0060 is not 100% and I am sure you will agree at this stage with no news, no assets and in affect nothing to base a share price on, the rise could only be with regards to who is heading this company.

150mill shares in circulation and 80mill as of now are held by the BOD. Not mant left and at this price they will soon get eaten up with news.

What do you think will happen when the company does release some news? correct, it will make the recent rise look punitive. News will be out by the 2 nd week in January. So if you are still around then, I will want you to give me your oppinions again.

regardless of what happens to VMP I will look at what you have to offer for your next tip! when can we expect that?

ps: if it's serious I will give it serious attention. So I will look forward to it.

cheers insider always nice to get heads up on a share that has risen 100%!!! so keep your vmp ...however if like to point out a share that hasnt risen 100% would be more appreciated...i will have a share in a weeks time which will go up 50% to 100% and will give evryone heads up so they can get in for the rise.:)

ps my prove is tpj ppointed it out at 2p zone and over 6p so over 300% in a month?:) next one from comedy's stable is being researched out this weekend..:)

Does anyone know what Zest are going to be doing in the comming months?

I have been looking at small caps and new start
ups for investing at the very bottom with a longterm objective. I have been looking at Zest and OPM which has been on a few investors radar of late but not investing in OPM due to the amount of shares on issue and still not in here till I know that the plan is.

An old colleague of mine gave me a heads up on a new start VMP with a top BOD in charge (Rothschild ect;)with a good pedigree behind them who are in the proccess of forming a new company which they have reversed into a shell similar to this story.

No assests yet and no contracts but I have been told that these are being worked on now and will come and once annouced we will be off....Small amount of shares in circulation which are tightly held so when the news is out I expect it to move quite quick. It's a decimal share just now, which will quickly move into penny share territory within 6-8 weeks and got in at the bottom and topped up a little more as it moved. I am continuing to top up as the BOD are really top notch and not a blemish on their past unlike so many AIM company directors.

I would appreciate any feed back on Zest if anyone knows anything or where it might be heading. Zest and VMP could be the two shares to transform the portfolio and I dont want to miss out. If anyone has any other small caps that might be worth looking at I would be greatfull for a heads up.
