Issue of equity
The Company announces that it has issued 233,704 new ordinary shares of 0.35p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain
employees of the Company at 34p per share in lieu of services provided to the Company's subsidiary, Yacht Help Group Barcelona. Application
has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are anticipated to occur on 27 October 2008
("Admission").
Following Admission, the Company will have 48,166,401 Ordinary Shares in issue.
