16/10/2016 12:28 | Ok, you are cyan on LSE. Anyway, I would have thought they must know about the dilution, so a bit harsh. Agreed, can not compare GKP with XEL, as they are in production. | 11_percent
16/10/2016 12:21 | Now the GKP 22,943 million shares are in play we see that the market presently values them at £271 million. I think the share price has a bit more downside there. Late Friday some optimistic souls were paying prices for XEL shares that suggests a post dilution market valuation of £320 million. What planet are they on? Get real. XEL is not producing .No-one wants the asset. Gigantic capex required. GKP IS producing tens of thousands of barrels of better quality oil from a huge field with very much cheaper drill costs. What research have these recent XEL share buyers undertaken..? I seriously doubt some are even aware of the impending dilution. | cyan
14/10/2016 09:51 | "gets everything wrong..." Good morning carla1 In my life I have made plenty of mistakes; it counts that you learn from them. I don't think you have. carla1 - 25 Apr 2016 - 11:30:30 - 59865 of 60585 Xcite Energy.... From EWT tests to Phase1B - XEL Good Morning fellow Investors..... Look at that Chart !!! We have bottomed !!! All ABOARD for the RE-RATING ..... Some Nice BUYING lately at 17p !! | cyan
13/10/2016 23:04 | Indeed. The BHs will own the company. It will be interesting to see if they put in their own management. So far, RC has done a good job for them. | 11_percent
13/10/2016 23:04 | If ever there was a share that's a slam dunk 'sell' this is it imo. Look at GKP's chart for clues as to what will likely happen here. Worth remembering that GKP is producing an awful lot of oil from a gigantic field , on shore in a cheap to drill location. What has XEL got?... Nothing that any other oil company wants now. | cyan
13/10/2016 22:20 | I think you are right 11_percent. Better something as opposed to nothing at all. Look at GKP for a clue as to how bad it , imo, will get and they have not had all the confetti to trade yet. | cyan
13/10/2016 21:07 | No...wont win. | 11_percent
13/10/2016 20:50 | Keep buying carla1 | cyan
13/10/2016 20:49 | It was a 50 Bagger glenbo1 carla1 - 30 Sep 2016 - 15:14:33 - 60459 of 60588 Xcite Energy.... From EWT tests to Phase1B - XEL ALL ABOARD for a 50 BAGGER.... ++++++++++++++++++++ The truth is that time is getting short. Post dilution this share is destined to be sub 0.5p I am expecting that the price slide is unstoppable and those leaving it too late to dump their shares on idiots like carla1 could lose most of their cash; maybe all if 'no' wins. | cyan
13/10/2016 17:07 | Carla where's your defence. 50 bagger or was it 20 bagger at 2p.I think you could be on the other side!!!!! | glenbo1
13/10/2016 13:49 | No denial; that's good enough for me. Now it all makes sense. | cyan
13/10/2016 13:34 | I do not work in PR. I am entirely independent but, I am beginning to think you may be working for the useless management of XEL. All this unfounded ridiculous ramping of the shares. Who does that help? ummm, its becoming clearer now. Imo,Carla1 is Ruperts poodle. | cyan
13/10/2016 13:21 | "work for the PR" What planet are you on?. The company is a POS. Its a heart beat away from delivering zero value to shareholders. The management are incompetent and should be fired. Do I read like their PR representative, you clown. You are the TROLL | cyan
13/10/2016 13:19 | carl Shove off muppet. You are in danger of having your cardboard box repossessed. | ricardoskull
13/10/2016 13:09 | TROLL.. you work for the PR you troll.. fact..Go away and leave us true investors aloneX | carla1
13/10/2016 12:31 | Here is the proof , again, that shows how little value the XEL board and independent advisers put on the whole company; The clue to what the company values itself at can be found in this extract from the rns; "The directors understand that should shareholders not support the Proposed Restructuring at the Shareholder EGM, the Bondholders intend to pursue enforcement action against the Company. On the basis of advice received by the Company and the directors, the directors believe that such enforcement action is unlikely to result in the return of any value to the Company's existing shareholders." Unlikely there will be a surplus after paying off debts. So approximately 0.5p per share max 'value' after the enormous dilution . However one has to wonder if there will be enough to fully pay off the BH's?. Its all about what the assets can be sold for. The management do not appear overly optimistic. THAT MEANS, CARLA1 THAT THE COMPANY VALUES ALL ASSETS AT UNDER £120 MILLION . | cyan
13/10/2016 12:27 | All aboard to multi bag fellow investors...The resident TROLL is here for a reason | carla1
13/10/2016 11:59 | Proves how utterly clueless you are carla1. So the market will value XEL , based on Carla1's numbers at way over £2 Billion sterling or $2.5 Billion USD. What a complete idiot you are. A field that no-one will finance, no-one WANTS, whose capex alone is over $3.5 Billion (XEL's) own numbers) you are ridiculous. Anyone believing your drivel needs help. | cyan |
