|poombear: Any idea what the share price is? £500k cash and 6 months Eps of.65p is certainly a step in the right direction. Not sure how shareholders will ever extract any value though.
mine are in my sipp so no hurry for me, just have to hope time will give opportunity.|
|poombear: Vsa raised £6m for Alkaine today. Would be interested to hear if anyone has tried to buy or sell shares in vsa via capita registars? Is there an indicative share price?|
|jaygino: Well end of Financial Year today - wonder if we will get a Trading update next week. Have just bought a few more this morning. Looking forward to see a jump in the share price when FY results confirm 500,000+ profit in a few weeks time.|
|markt: similar to Merchant House
....doubts there about the morality of the acquisition....that maybe everyone was getting a piece of the pie except shareholders....who were perhaps just being used...
...quite risky these micro cap finance companies.....high wages bills and running costs.....(and lots of warrants and dilution and ...options ! already and in the future...and maybe more share issues if need to raise more cash)
just to pay running costs they need a fair amount of business....and if have 6months with little trade at some time in future....then the running costs eats up any cash..and reports a loss which hits share price...|
|goggin: at this price, in old money / 20 = .0003p, a very long way back to 5p or in todays money £1.00.
with app 44 m shares in issue, this would give a market cap of 44 million so not impossible but still a 20 x time increase in share price from where we are today.
2 - 5 years provided there are no hickups.

|induna123: I saw it happen with DEO and BHR. Both still fell after the consolidation. MP's post was spot on. Consolidations are designed to sweep the old (under-performing) share price away with a new broom and help with new fund raising in the future.|
|refusenish: Correct me here please but as with many AIM shares, it's often the case, that steady performance can show little reflection in share price. Is it that if risk averse investors continue to stay away the only way we can see a true bankable performance from the shareprice is if VSA gets bought?
|flyingswan: Nice continued recovery in VSA share price as we move to the Master Investor 2011, conference on the 16th of April which VSA is Sponsoring and should get lots of new Clients. IMHO
Also having a good day with ADH. DYOR|
