Still waiting from TDW.I imagine that, despite a warning from the independent advisers, they have been given consolidated shares (1 for 300,000!) which they ere unable to apportion to the beneficial holders

Vsa buying out remaining holders at 0.5p and shares in a shell company with £20k in it. Sad but inevitable.

Any idea what the share price is? £500k cash and 6 months Eps of.65p is certainly a step in the right direction. Not sure how shareholders will ever extract any value though.
mine are in my sipp so no hurry for me, just have to hope time will give opportunity.

Interim results were published and for the first time for a long time look promising. Diluted EPS of .65p for the half - almost made the same amount of money that they lost in the previous year.

Good to see the actions bearing fruit.

Also since then there has been a few more decent deals which hopefully will keep it moving in the right direction.

Statement is downbeat but I am not surprised with the sectors we work in. But overall looking much better.

Results due early September should be fairly decent with the markets the way they are and the number of txns on the website.
