AGM Statement
Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that at the Group's
Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to
Shareholders by the Board were duly passed.
Speaking at the Annual General Meeting, Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman,
commented:
"I am very pleased to report that the Group has had a solid start to the
new financial year.
The Group's key markets are generally performing well, with construction
and housebuilding remaining positive. As anticipated the oil and gas
sector remains quieter, as does transmission.
