Director/PDMR Shareholding

Verseon, a technology-based pharmaceutical company, has received notification that Eniko Fodor, the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 6,000 common shares of par value $0.001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at a purchase price of GBP1.61 per Common Share.

Following the purchase, Ms. Fodor will hold 31,008,486 Common Shares, representing approximately 20.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
