Additional Listing & Total Voting Rights

Verseon, a technology-based pharmaceutical company, announces that application has been made for 1,875 new Common Shares of par value $0.001 each (the "Common Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the issued restricted stock grants (the "Exercise").

The 1,875 new Common Shares will be issued pursuant to the Exercise and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Common Shares and admission to trading on AIM is expected to take place on 27 June 2016 ("Admission").

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 151,386,891 Common Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Common Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 151,386,891. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
