    Tampa, FL - UTEK Corporation (NYSE-Alternext & LSE-AIM: UTK) will report its financial results for the third quarter to 30 September
2008 on Friday 7 November 2008 following the close of market in the US. 

    UTEK will hold a live conference call at 3:00 p.m. London (10:00 a.m. EST, US) on Monday 10 November 2008 to discuss the third quarter
