Please explain your reasoning Calm as that is not a request I recognise as being normal given we were not rising like a rocket or subject to any strange trading.

Do not be fooled, the company and its broker issued the statement RNS for its own reasons. There are many examples of shares rising 150% in four weeks that never require such a clarification, and even in UEN's own history. And it certainly doesn't happen when going south, does it?

If you can prove otherwise fair enough, but otherwise you are either letting yourself be hoodwinked or passing on hearsay to other posters knowingly. It is what it is mate, another sleight of hand play by UEN profiteers IMHO.

Hard to justify either move or direction as anything other than that.

The RNS re price was requested by the market...when did they say the div isn't happening...we have a hell of a lot to look forward to .,JV. drilling,new tax helps us, increasing refining profits, are oil is at a premium, reduced costs, better vibes on Russian companies. Current production 2300 , profitable and a market cap of £8m!!!

Calm, of course it is the BoD's fault. They issued the "see no reason" statement last week and the price has fallen 40% since.

Who else would you blame? They instigated the interest with their Capital Reduction talk and then quashed it for reasons that are clearly self interest. The PIs are not even in the equation.

How the capital reduction and share price consolidation is going to work and also how the refinancing package is coming along to improve our production in the longer term. I realise Rome wasn't built in a day, just disappointed and frustrated with the last few trading sessions.
