        ULTIMATE LEISURE GROUP PLC ("ULTIMATE LEISURE" OR "THE COMPANY")

                   Result of clawback and holdings in company

Ultimate Leisure announced on 22 January 2007 that it proposed to raise #25m by
way of an issue of 14,792,900 new shares.  The company's two largest investors,
Reuben Brothers and Dawnay, Day Group, agreed to subscribe for all such shares,
subject to the right of certain qualifying shareholders to clawback their pro
rata entitlements.  Ultimate Leisure now announces that 4,383,734 new shares
have been validly subscribed by such investors and the balance of 10,409,166 new
shares will be subscribed for by Reuben Brothers and Dawnay, Day Group.

As a result Reuben Brothers and Dawnay, Day group will hold the following
interests in the Company:
