03/6/2015 07:30 | Yes very good news. | battlebus2
03/6/2015 07:19 | A very significant increase in their existing stake by two current shareholders since the recent placing. Ameriprise have virtually tripled their holding from 3.6% to 10.3% and Ruffer have upped theirs from 2.0% to 5.0%. It would appear that they both see good value in UBI at the current shareprice ! | masurenguy
01/6/2015 08:56 | No online quote to buy even 100 shares this morning. | 21trader
31/5/2015 17:58 | the major holders also look out of date, even before the placing. | p1nkfish
31/5/2015 17:19 | p1nkfish: They have not kept the smart contract news on their website only... the news RNS was released last October! | mrx9000
31/5/2015 13:30 | Nothing to say now then pinkfish ? ps...it was 1k max buy at 99p as well no signs of any overhang now and when this gets short of stock it usually has a good run. | 21trader
29/5/2015 14:34 | The 1K was a market test and I am pretty sure (99.999%) you didn't place that order. Will have you on ignore as a BS'er. | p1nkfish
29/5/2015 12:53 | Overhang cleared ? Max buy was 1000 at 97p so I took it. | 21trader
29/5/2015 12:43 | I own quite a # of UBI. More than the average PI probably would. Not at all convinced about the management and that is what needs to be proven and they only do that through profitable revenue growth. Any idiot can land none profitable revenue when another bunch keeps funding it so long as management spin what looks like a positive story. Managed properly I doubt they would have needed the latest injection and dilution. The mantra of £100M revenue they have spouted is all well and good but not if they can't make reliable, predictable profit without dilutions. | p1nkfish
29/5/2015 11:47 | p1nkfish You'd give a aspirin a headache. Nobody holding this stock would keep posting this negative even after today's more upbeat Rns. See you at 120-140p again very soon | 21trader
29/5/2015 11:44 | Priced at a negligible discount my ass.... | battlebus2
29/5/2015 11:41 | Possibly not now but they have to put a positive spin on the RNS - 30%+ dilution. Let's see who has to RNS holdings change now then decide. These have been a serial let-down. SmallWorld news was out yesterday with GE an the new owners. 200 heads+ for that turn-over and infrastructure is not good. Do the maths. Gaining more revenue but not profit is no way to proceed. Revenue without profit is a mugs game. | p1nkfish
29/5/2015 10:41 | Positive Rns cannot see the price dropping through 90p now | 21trader
29/5/2015 09:10 | RNS due and we also get to see new % holdings and any new 3%+ holders. US car production predicted to fall too as they move to new platforms. Barclays report on drverless cars. | p1nkfish
20/5/2015 09:02 | Probably be some work to defend 90p until after the meeting on 29th May and thereafter let it go and see what happens. If it does go sub 90p it wouldn't look good before 29th. After, who knows. The delays on contracts is worrying. Fiat came out and mentioned excess capacity in Europe. China is slowing. That might account for delays. Just hope no cancellations. Utilisation figures were heading up to a better place but moving target if demand weakens. We need to be lucky. The 30% share volume increase and ski slope chart don't help. Otherwise it looks great. Some figures for headcount after smallworld has gone would be useful. | p1nkfish
15/5/2015 15:58 | not sure management is fulfilling the potential of the company | mrpotatohead
15/5/2015 15:58 | very poor that directors did not cover their corners | mrpotatohead
14/5/2015 21:32 | It's true, I am. Their actions and lack of being able to land the contracts makes me question everything. Saw the Nissan results too, their problems down to the likes of China but even with the yen on their side profitability fell. Hence, what if others are suffering and postponing or cancelling because of weakening profitability? Edit - also wonder if directors might be holding fire to increase if it breaks down some way below 90p. | p1nkfish
14/5/2015 20:59 | Pink fish your now on the conspiracy trail, just give them 6 months and see if the contracts are fulfilled. | battlebus2
14/5/2015 20:53 | Thinking the unthinkable, what happens if the 2 installation contracts don't materialise at all and are not just delayed? If the installations are supposed to be with existing customers and the efficiency benefit is so high and automotive is doing so well globally - why delay? Why has the FD not taken part in the placing and the other directors not bought enough to compensate for the dilution? | p1nkfish
14/5/2015 10:49 | If it breaks 90p then it could easily head towards 70's. I doubt they priced the 90p without thinking it was a good price for UBI, not a give away. | p1nkfish
13/5/2015 13:53 | Someone blinked. I suspect there are likely to be others when the turn around takes much longer than ideal. Hope I'm wrong. | p1nkfish
13/5/2015 11:45 | p1nkfish I won't be holding my breath. This is one of my mistakes. I thought the market was obviously there and all it needed was careful husbandry through to self-sustainance. Didn't imagine that management would be as reckless as they have proved to be. | bakunin |
