24/11/2004 09:44 | Dont forget divi!!!!! is it the ex date or the record date u have to be holding on to recieve it? Ex date is 24 Nov and record date is 26 Nov - so worth a few more days for the .7 per share! | g.j.a
24/11/2004 09:33 | Out at 91.5. | minky
24/11/2004 09:29 | ? no sales today at 92. | maurillac
24/11/2004 09:00 | get the feeling that the directors know something about the future performance of the business that shareholders dont! perhaps they overpaid for luton with this the desired outcome....it just seems weird though that they sealed this deal up so quickly compared to previous offers and haven't even put out their own RNS about the deal (probably in the pub celebrating i guess) | indomie
24/11/2004 08:55 | 92.5 p is a tad disappointing. was hoping for 100-110. must say im surprised given the history or an earlier bid at 90p. holding on for now. m | maurillac
24/11/2004 08:22 | mm are being greedy the bid should be 92p | topcar

24/11/2004 08:12 | What great management - back to where we were three years ago. They waited three years for the extra 2.5p However move on folks with 39.4% of the votes already counted, it is signed sealed and we have been delivered. | inki
24/11/2004 08:08 | story on DJ saying it's a full price.... | verymaryhinge
24/11/2004 08:03 | Speculation of an agreed 92.5p offer. | sealed
24/11/2004 08:03 | I agree maestro, We need to see if the market think the same way and push the share price above the offer on the belief that a) the offer undervalues company assets and b) another bidder may come in. | prothus
24/11/2004 07:14 | RIP OFF!..reject it | maestro.
23/11/2004 15:27 | inki, Odd though, that we have had three or four days of bubbling around the 85p level and then a hike to 90p around lunchtime today. I am speculating, but I think there is gossip afoot. This could be perhaps just in confirmation that the bid is real and will be taken seriously - this will dispel any market hesitancy that the bid will fall away and hence corroberate your 90p resistance theory. It could also be a leak of offer price, although me me, I'm not sure on that one, only because the optimist in me hopes that the figure is highr than this level | tonester30ccfc
23/11/2004 15:21 | robbi123 The resistance at 90p is because over two years ago Vinci offered this amount. The climate has changed and TBI are more focused. The valuation of their assets must on a different footing, and 90p is irrelevant, just psychological. | inki
23/11/2004 13:09 | People second guessing the bid price. The general consensus is that it is in excess of 90p. There is obviously a school of thought that suggests that the figure could be much higher | tonester30ccfc
23/11/2004 13:05 | touched the 90p level again and eased off, can see some resistance there, this happened on thursay too. whats the reason?? | robbi123
23/11/2004 12:32 | Topcar, starting to agree with you. Price hiked 5p this morning. There must be some news out there suggesting that the bid is larger than even we might second guess. I'm going to sit tight and watch for a mo..... | tonester30ccfc
23/11/2004 12:14 | here we go | topcar
23/11/2004 11:20 | Tone, theirs strong buying again,he as not lowered the ask much below 85,since annouced, why sell at 90,when it goes it will be near one pound plus. | topcar
22/11/2004 19:27 | I'll sell at 90p. Furthermore i'll top up significantly if they get to 82p to buy tomorrow | tonester30ccfc |
