Notice of Reorganization of Visual Products Business

and Home Appliances Business

Toshiba Corporation ("Toshiba") has announced on September 30, 2013 that Toshiba finalized a decision to split off its visual products business and to transfer it to Toshiba Home Appliances Corporation in order to merge the visual product into the home appliances business and integrate their operations.

The plan that Toshiba has announced on the said date, however, has been partly changed as below. The underlined part in the following indicates the changes.
