I am led to believe that this was tipped as No3 in the IC for share to watch this year. Also Sterling Energy (SEY) is in that list and today stormed - expect more from SEY. Wish TTH was doing the same.

if results are as expected goliard you may have missed the boat as this company is getting stronger and larger every year with profits up turnover up and the future looks bright for top ten holdings. when the company brings the results out on november 8th so we will see then .

Once we get to 4p it will be time to buy again, but not before that imho. No doubt these will be bought out sometime by a larger player. Not currently holding, but have in the past.

Hi swiss paul , looks the right thing to do to branch out through aquisition further a field . The company do seem pretty good at getting extra revenue from aquisitions. As Roger pointed out things are changing for the better in the industry for the company and shareholders alike.

also the news in the papers and on the tv states that the laws may change soon bigger payout in bingo clubs etc.. good news for this share

RESULTS are out on 8th november 2004 expect a bullish statement with the nine knew bingo clubs bringing in there first full six month performance. profit has increased rapidly over the last two years and this set of results will be the best yet my share price target is 7.75p and the company will almost certainely pay a dividend.

thanks mpm. these shares may have have a high p.e but there is money to be made at this price and if growth investor tell me these are a buy they are a buy.

I fear that you have got it in a nutshell. I do expect profits to improve as the clubs settle in, but not enough to justify the existing P.E ratio.

Unless they pull something from the bag!!!

I think this is no doubt a reasonably well run company which is on the aquisition trail and has the funding available. It will no doubt expand in the near future and make a reasonable profit. However I think there is already more than enough hope value in the shares and consequently they are overpriced. The cost of aquisitions means the company cannot dramatically increase profit in relation to capital expended and turnover. The only chance ( in my opinion ) of a hike in the price is for another party to show interest in aquiring the company.
I do not mean that the company is in any trouble as it has a sound financial base and property portfolio, but it is just not worth the current market capitalisation.

Well, that is the question? No doubt TTH is a well run company that can increase footfall and spend, but without more clubs the answer in the long term must surely be no. As I understand the situation they "COULD" be buying more clubs at any moment and have the money/bank support to do so. As TTH own most of the freeholds we will not be loosing all our money if things went wrong but this is not what we have invested for. Tradeing at 23 times forward earnings (I think this is the figure)is not going to last unless we get some good news soon.

What do you think?

dogdays, it just means that there will be a larger jump in share price once the next news comes out. Now is the time to be accumulating. Its just a matter of time till these get recognised.

The trouble is that T.T.H are not exactly big on investor relations. Apart from the AGM statement none of us have any idea what they are doing, or why they are doing it. This persistant fall in the shares is the price we pay for their silence. I do not agree that investors do not have any interest in bingo clubs. Investors like to back winers and until TTH become more vocal over their position we will languish in the financial doldrums.

This baby is totally undervalued. It should be at least 12p by now surely. Just that there's no interest at all in Bingo on the investor side. LOL! I will be buying back in soon when the next update arrives and people start to WAKE UP!
