Posted at 23/6/2009 09:55 by miata Whilst the immediate movements may reflect the movement in the FTSE, the plan to swap your LSE listed TRIL share (which trades at a discount to the NYSE listed share) for a NYSE listed share obviously adds value to the UK listed shares and is likely to attract arbitrage investors into the UK shares.TR also said it would also buy back $500m worth of shares on "one or more of its markets". |
