Tellings Golden Miller Group plc (the "Company") announces that, following the
announcement by Arriva plc on 11 January 2008 that its offer for the Company
(the "Offer") has been declared unconditional in all respects, Basil Taylor and
Richard Telling (both directors of the Company) gave notice to the Company to
exercise share options in respect of 18,000 shares each.

Consequently, on 15 January 2008, the Company issued to each of Basil Taylor
and Richard Telling 18,000 ordinary shares of 7 pence each (totalling 36,000
new shares) at a price of 28.5p per share (a total of £10,260). Application has
been made to admit these shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to become
effective on 24 January 2008.

Following the exercise of these options, Basil Taylor is interested in 18,000
shares in the Company and Richard Telling has an interest in 18,000 shares in
the Company.

Pursuant to irrevocable undertakings given by Messrs Taylor and Telling in
favour of Arriva plc, both Basil Taylor and Richard Telling have accepted the
Offer in respect of these additional shares.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of shares in issue is
22,973,499.
