26/3/2008 06:37 | You need to check what the default for TD Waterhouse is. Once the offer went unconditional, BSL had a default of accepting the offer unless you told them otherwise. That was for nominee holdings. HoT | helen troy
25/3/2008 21:23 | Nothing to be worried about: either sell the shares in the market up to April 8 (maybe Monday 7 to be sure) to book the profit/loss in whichever tax year you prefer, or take no action and they will buy you out compulsorily at 10p. The only uncertainty is how long the latter course will take, to get cash. | edmondj
25/3/2008 21:18 | Haven't really been following this takeover & haven't responded to TD Waterhouse communications relating to my shareholding. Can someone please let me know what will happen if I do nothing. Is it worth selling all my shares on the open market tomorrow as I appear to have missed the deadline for responding. Cheers | biglosses
25/3/2008 08:25 | Then ring your brokers - they will have received the cash from Glu, but not yet split it up amongst their customers. Put a riocket up them. | hamsterwheel

25/3/2008 08:06 | GLU Mobile Inc. Update Call Transcript As for guidance, let me start with a little historical context. Superscape's fiscal year ended on January 31, 2008. For the 2008 fiscal year, which is still under eye-they recorded approximately $14.5 million of revenue. In fiscal 2008, that total consisted almost entirely of publishing revenues, whereas in prior years, they had some non-publishing revenues. Their fiscal 2008 revenue represented growth of approximately 10% in publishing revenue. | goodgrief
