                              DIRECTOR'S DEALING 
 
The board of Strontium PLC ("Strontium" or the "Company"), the AIM listed 
consultancy specialising in the identification and development of high growth 
potential SMEs, announces that it was informed on 3 June 2010 that Colin 
Brumpton, a director of the Company on the same date purchased 25,000 ordinary 
shares in the Company at a price of 9 pence per share. The shares were 
purchased jointly in the name of Mr Brumpton and his spouse. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Brumpton has a beneficial interest in the 
Company over 1,992,627 ordinary shares representing approximately 14.7 per 
cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
 
In addition to the above, Mr Brumpton has 200,000 options over ordinary shares 
in the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 13,541,336 ordinary shares of 
2 pence each.
