Ditto! Received a letter from Silke & Co Ltd Doncaster,regarding this voluntary arrangement.Meeting under Section 3 of the Insolvency Act 1986. My reading is fwiw,is confirmation,that we as shareholders,have lost our money in this company.

Of course, if he did he was right. What was your money is perfectly safe, just not yours anymore & everything is going according to plan. Just not the plan you had in mind.

Mr Rutherford really does need investigating.

There was Makomo Resources out of Zimbabwe considering a controlling interest in Elitheni. But the judge didn't buy it..... :-(

Well people I have bad news..... Last Tues the courts in SA gave Thelo the right to sell the Elitheni mining license.

We have also been ordered to pay the costs and interest on amount due.

imperial - completely agree. Nearly a YEAR since we flatlined on the chart above. It better be worth it. I did recently read the last "shareholder update" as a reminder. It was apologetic and realistic in nature but did underline the value of the asset here. Some decent funding from commited long term partners, a 5 / 10 year plan and some decent quality people on board and we should be back on track
