    Further to the announcement of the Company on 7 April 2008 in relation to agreements entered into by certain Directors of the Company
for the sale of ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Shares"), the Company has today been notified of the following Share transfers by
Directors of the Company details of which are set out below. The agreements entered into between the Directors and the transferees on 5
April 2008 as disclosed in the announcement on 7 April 2008 were each varied to permit the transfers to take place on 15 September 2008 for
a consideration of £1.90 per share.

    The Company has also been notified that another Director of the Company, Stephen John Verrall, has today transferred 514,726 ordinary
shares of 0.1p in the Company to Stephen John Verrall and Jenny Elizabeth Quayle as trustees of the Stephen John Verrall Discretionary
Settlement 2008. This transfer was made for nil consideration.

    As trustees of the transferee trusts, each of the Directors has an interest in the above transferees.

    The transfers by the Directors referred to above, aggregating to 7,203,097 Shares, reepresent a total of  approximately 8.7 per cent of
the total issued share capital of the Company of 82,631,604 Shares at the date of this announcement.
