On 26 March 2010, the Company made an Offer to Shareholders other than the 
Majority Group, conditional on the De-listing and Re-registration occurring and 
no Cancellation Application having been made by the applicable Condition Date, 
to buy back 13,208,072 Shares of 1p each at a price of 7p per Spectrum 
Interactive Share in accordance with the provisions of the Act. 
 
The Company announces that as at 1.00 p.m. on 16 April 2010, the closing date of 
the Offer, valid acceptances of the Offer had been received in respect of a 
total of 6,156,909 Shares, representing approximately 18.2 per cent. of the 
Company's issued share capital. The Offer is now closed and it is anticipated 
that De-Listing will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on 28 April 2010 following which 
the Ordinary Shares of the Company will not be tradeable on AIM or any 
recognised investment exchange but may be transferred in accordance with the 
Company's Articles of Association.
