That was the 'exclusivity' period to negotiate the deal.
The deal's been finalised subject to certain conditions (our approval), so my understanding is that the 8-week period no longer applies.

We do of course have the 6-month AiM rule to deal with in...Jan/Feb, if it comes to that.

I'm expecting notice of a GM to be announced as soon as the regulatory authority approve the RTO.

Obviously part of the due diligence process. We have an experienced BoD here who have done this all before. Just chill zcaprd7 and await the imminent return to market. You also mentioned earlier the prospect of this company being of a mkt cap in excess of SRC. That goes without saying as this is a REVERSE takeover and by the very nature has to be the case. Looking at the employee base and current business it appears to be of reasonable size. Just need to await details of the deal.

Depends what the target is, we don't know yet. The mere fact that nothing has been reported yet means that the deal is going through and still ongoing.Patience folks!
