26/11/2016 13:26 | Quite correct in my understanding as well ieh fan. | flashheart
26/11/2016 10:21 | That was the 'exclusivity' period to negotiate the deal. The deal's been finalised subject to certain conditions (our approval), so my understanding is that the 8-week period no longer applies. We do of course have the 6-month AiM rule to deal with in...Jan/Feb, if it comes to that. I'm expecting notice of a GM to be announced as soon as the regulatory authority approve the RTO. | ieh fan
26/11/2016 09:12 | Better get a wriggle on. Next Wednesday is the deadline isn't it? | zcaprd7
22/11/2016 09:04 | Well, of course. This is being bought from their old bosses... | zcaprd7
22/11/2016 08:38 | Obviously part of the due diligence process. We have an experienced BoD here who have done this all before. Just chill zcaprd7 and await the imminent return to market. You also mentioned earlier the prospect of this company being of a mkt cap in excess of SRC. That goes without saying as this is a REVERSE takeover and by the very nature has to be the case. Looking at the employee base and current business it appears to be of reasonable size. Just need to await details of the deal. | flashheart
21/11/2016 22:44 | I assume they got this approved :http://jerseyevenin | zcaprd7
21/11/2016 17:00 | I agree. Let's see how much cash is required from the market. | ieh fan
21/11/2016 14:10 | Yep, I'm thinking this is going to be quite lucrative. | flashheart
21/11/2016 13:28 | If they employ 150 people, as they seem to, then the company must be worth millions and millions. | ieh fan
21/11/2016 11:04 | Not exactly Frontier. But keeps AIM happy with the 6 month rule. Probably worth more than our current £1m market cap? | zcaprd7
21/11/2016 08:56 | That's better. Channel Islands not the region I was expecting the acquisition to be made in. Lafarge connection obviously helped here. | ieh fan
21/11/2016 07:56 | We will indeed. Looking good! | flashheart
21/11/2016 04:32 | I guess we'll find out next week? | zcaprd7
18/11/2016 22:48 | I always assumed being in a suspended share would be exciting. But it really isn't at the mo. | ieh fan
17/11/2016 07:55 | Yes. But if you were selling your building materials resources company (for paper), you'd try it on after a trump win, wouldn't you? | zcaprd7
16/11/2016 14:55 | Depends what the target is, we don't know yet. The mere fact that nothing has been reported yet means that the deal is going through and still ongoing.Patience folks! | flashheart
16/11/2016 14:51 | Erm, how about they want to buy building materials resources, and trump wants to spend half a trillion dollars on infrastructure. That Mexican wall isn't going to build itself... | zcaprd7
14/11/2016 10:37 | Indeed. Only 2 weeks left until the exclusivity period gets lapsed. I suppose they can get an extension. I imagine the trump won has thrown a spanner in the works? | zcaprd7
12/11/2016 17:31 | Zzzzzz Come on SRC! | ieh fan
27/10/2016 16:28 | Reading the spitfire report ( I don't think its white lion anymore. The sigmaroc was fired from there... | zcaprd7
21/10/2016 17:13 | Could be a nice Christmas present lol. | flashheart
21/10/2016 16:54 | Deadline is end of November then... | zcaprd7 |
