Clarification of Dividend Timetable

In the announcement of its preliminary results for the 52 weeks ended 1 October 2016, in the Chief Executive's report, the Company stated that in relation to its final dividend of 6.8p per share and special dividend of 8.0p per share, the dividends will be paid to shareholders on the register on 24 February 2017, payable on 15 March 2017, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 March 2017, and that the shares will be ex-dividend on 23 February 2017. Elsewhere in the announcement, payable dates of 16 and 17 March 2017 were also referenced.

The Company would like to clarify that the payable date for the dividends will be 15 March 2017 if approved at the Annual General Meeting on 2 March 2017. All other details relating to the Company's dividend remain as disclosed in the announcement at 0700am on 11 January 2017; to re-cap on the timetable:
