Reassuring AGM update on trading. Will remain a holder and await better days in the markets to see this move up.

Very decent set of results. If the market believes this deserves a growth multiple of 20 then this should reach 40 shortly and better.

Looks like a breakout for Bob Morton. It's taken long enough!

Good idea - clearly last time there were a lot of insiders buying before the news so running up to 8th we should get an indication

As this was a little leaky prior to trading statement, with the results expected early next week, I will watch trades and price movement carefully for next few days.

I am invested, it is just a case of how good the results are as very, very positive in trading statement a couple of months ago.

Few decent size trades going through but not clear whether buys or sells as middle of spread. Hopefully inside buying!!

With results being published on 8 dec, I will look out for some signs in the preceding days as looks like it is a little leaky with news.

Either way look forward to positive numbers latter this year and further strong update as invested here.

did you see the 7% rise the day before the "ahead of exp" announcement? couldn't understand why so many punters were suddenly interested. The next day I knew why...

Thanks for the "heads up", as it is Aim I keep a smallish weighting.

I wouldn't invest too much into these with Bob Morton the largest holder, bad experience s with Green Compliance and Armour...

Yep looks to be in excellent shape, thought these were overvalued at 20p but hey ho :))

Looks like a great little business and firing on all cylinders. Looking at digitalook forecasts, current 30/9/15 eps is 1.5 and 2016 2.1. Allowing for a 20% uplift as significantly ahead of market expectations, I can see an eps of 2.5 for 2016. If we apply a multiple of 20 for a fast growing business this could see 50p. I am a buyer up to 40p.

Good luck to other holders.

ccullinane - great, though the 100 -1 dilution didn't help much did it

Good call shammytime - wanted to buy more on the move up but missed it....any others you're looking at. For what it's worth I believe BGO are due a squeeze higher - currently 118-22 - I suspect they're pretty bid behind the scenes. GL

I since saw this posted on another board, by a poster for whom I have a lot of respect, though I have not checked the numbers myself:

Look at the difference between RTC and SVCA.

SCVA, PE = 31, PER = 21, PSR = 0.44, Net Debt = £2.30m

RTC, PE = 9.77, PER = 7.57, PSR = 0.10, Net Debt = £3.63m

On those metrics, RTC (a fairly similar business) seems a better place to be.

You could say EPS doubled. On the other hand, it is doubling from a very low base.

Any holders have thoughts on results? The market does not seem too impressed.

Net debt has hardly changed, so I presume the business is not generating much free cash?

andrbea - it was a mess run for management for management. Another of Bob Mortons disasters!

why was this £20 in 1999 (chart above)?
was there a share consolidation?
