Last news from ServicePwr “A further announcement will be made, post the Company's financial year end” - We are nearly in Feb so what’s happening? “The Company is still negotiating a number of license sales which may improve revenue and gross margin; however there is no guarantee that these contracts will be signed before the Company's financial year end.”
I guess the news delay means they haven’t closed, what about the POC trials all gone silent as well.
I admire your optimism Chrisdgb but I have to agree with Kronley – “the credibility of the CEO has been dented considerably”. No news from the captain for a while now, is the ship sinking and waiting for a rescue boat? It would seem that way. I wish I had sold when they were higher...

In my opinion , after the last trading update , the credibility of the CEO has been dented considerably. Until they show ( ie in their results rather than in over-optimistic pronouncements ) that the business can actually be profitable this would be one to keep on the watch list , at best.

No what the spread signifies is , that it is a lobster pot stock.

You can get INTO it.
But you try getting back out!!

To me the spread suggests there is not much stock around, hoping for a sharp bounce on decent contract news..only timing, nothing more fundamental.

Hugely disappointing RNS. After talking about a return to profitability in H2 barely 10 weeks ago ,we now learn that it won't even be close. Even more disappointing is the revenue. At £13 million for the full year that means H2 is 13% lower than H1 and also lower than the previous 2 half years. Full year revenue will only be 2% higher than last year. It looks likely that without a significant increase in revenue , a fund raising of some sort will be required in the next 6 - 12 months
