Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).

On 22 November 2016, an award over ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company was granted by the Company to the below named person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award which was structured as a conditional share award granted under and subject to the terms of share award agreement.

The award shall ordinarily vest on the 31 December 2020 subject to Mr Sokic continued service.

Only existing shares not being treasury shares (or exceptionally cash) may be used to settle the award. No newly issued shares will be used in relation to the award.

The Company was informed of the above transactions on 22 November 2016.
