Further Development Of Assets

On both the Rawicz and the Siekierki fields, the above work programmes aim to provide the justification to construct production facilities and pipelines and to achieve near-term production. If PNR decides to proceed with the development of either or both assets after the above well work, it will include San Leon in seeking project finance.

....................

when it was a J/V it needed a production facility, now it's no longer a J/V they
have announced a way of producing the gas without the cost of a production facility, like a lamb to the slaughter, again.

PGNiG signed a contract with the Portland Energy.
Author: wnp.pl (Dariusz Malinowski)
22-11-2016 16:32

This is the first such a large contract, under which the Polish Oil and gas are to be in the country to buy gas zaazotowany from the international business. Belonging to the Group company will provide Energy of the greater Poland of Rawicz Palomar deposits of up to 160 million m3 of material per year.

Polish Oil and gas are signed for the supply of gas from Rawicz Energy – a group of Palomar Natural Resources. Delivery will start after the completion of the work associated with the connection infrastructure mine Rawicz to PGNiG mine Załęcze, where there was a will receive gas. Then the gas will be odazotowany in a branch of PGNiG in Odolanowie. The Palomar Group assumes that delivery will be possible in the third quarter of 2017.

-Signed agreement is the next step to a permanent increase in the number of gas from national sources. We see great potential in the mining area of this raw material in Polish. Therefore, in addition to the systematic increase of investment in the extraction of their own, we started cooperation with another foreign partner, said Maciej Wozniak, Executive Vice President of the Board of Directors. Commercial PGNiG SA.

-Palomar works on Polish market since the year 2014 and soon as the first private international company in Poland will start production of natural gas on such a major scale. Confirmation of the commercial potential of the deposits of Rawicz is proof that there is a good chance for further discovery and increase the production of natural gas from conventional Western Polish-said John Buggenhagen, President of the Palomar Group Natural Resources.

In the initial period of the supply volume of the supplied raw material will be around 50 million m3 per year. Signed November 22, 2016, the agreement is for an indefinite period.

Sino Construction to purchase 19.9% equity interests in Ardilaun Energy for S$12m

Sunny Cove now a wholly owned subsidiary.

The Board of Directors of Sino Construction Limited (Sino Construction) announced that it had, on 14 February 2014
entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Hasan Sjafei in relation to the proposed acquisition of 50,000 issued and fully paid up ordinary shares of par value of US$1 each in the capital of Sunny Cove Investments Limited (Sunny Cove), representing 100% of the issued and paid up share capital of Sunny Cove as at the date of SPA.

The acquisition was completed on 14 February 2014 and Sunny Cove has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

In rationalizing the purchase, Sino Construction said Sunny Cove holds 19.9% equity interests in Ardilaun and with its working interests in the Irish Sea and Celtic Sea for exploration of oil and gas, Ardilaun will have the opportunity to commence its exploration works during the year as well as immediate production revenues from 12.5% interest in Seven Heads Gas Field of Celtic Sea that has 5 wells producing since 2003.

"The acquisition of Sunny Cove will enable the Company to gain a foothold in the oil & gas business and further explore on other investment opportunities to diversify its existing business so as to bring in additional value to the Company and its shareholders," Sino Construction said.

The total consideration of S$12.0 million is based on arms-length negotiations and was arrived at on a willing-buyer willing-seller basis, after taking into consideration the prospects of Ardilaun, which includes, amongst others, its oil and gas asset portfolio and the estimated asset value after de-risking of the assets of up to US$860 million (or S$1.1 billion based on exchange rate of US$1:S$1.27). The company had not commissioned any valuation of Sunny Cove.

The consideration was satisfied on completion by the issuance by Sino Construction to the vendor of a promissory note payable in 6 months from completion. The company intends to fund the payment of the promissory note from the proceeds of the disposal of Daqing Xinyuan Construction Installation Co., Ltd and Daqing Sunshine Reli Thermal Co., Ltd, and/or through share placement or loans.

Payments from BidCo commencing at end of 2016 and paying quarterly.

with the above increase in production from 10,000bpd to now 60,000bpd. I cant see what the problem is for dishonest as dsra is paid every 9 months and dsra would have been set at the production rate of the 10,000 not the 60,000bpd.

yes we don't know how much eroton have to pay but with the production figures 500% higher we know they should be easily paid. meaning sle shareholders will too.

u don't need to be an Einstein to realise why the scammers delete the April 2017 part from their posts, guess they consider it will be like Rawicz production starting in 2016 and never happen.

of course SLE doesn't need to state the total, a simple percentage would suffice, like 5% or 10%, leaving 90% if it was good news it would already be ' out there. '

Alaric.Today 08:45You are an investment guru indeed.

Could you help with my question, what is the figure is that represents "sufficient funds" that need to be accrued before private investors get a return via dividends or other reward.

Or perhaps more importantly why this figure is not in the public domain. Why would it bee kept a secret, as it seems to be?

It seems very strange that no-one knows this extremely important figure that will undoubtedly affect our investment and surly the uncertainty of it will put off any potential private investor until they know what it is.

It may be millions upon millions and take years to pay back before we get any reward for being shareholders.

Thanks, I think your answer will be interesting, I feel I know what it will be, you helped me last time and I turn to you for help this time.

anyway look on the bright side u could have been posting here, like sl1nky, since it was £40.00, that is some out performance.
if u had bought 9k worth of shares it would be worth after nearly 4 years £450
if u get 17% yield on that, u will not but let's fantasise for a moment, £76.50, going to take a while to get back to 9k !!!!!
now if the share value rises the yield falls so will still receive £76.50, u should be able to buy some ' stuff ' with that.
looking at the figures I understand why u never comment on SLE but follow me around like a dog with rabies.
having supported the share for 4 years, how many cheap warrants were u offered ?
TOSCA got there's at 25p.

Nigeria’s economic slump deepens as oil production continues to drop

Nigeria’s economic slump deepens as oil production continues to drop

Lagos: Nigeria’s economic slump deepened in the third quarter as oil production continued to fall and factory output was hit by a shortage of dollars.

Gross domestic product in Africa’s most populous country contracted 2.2 per cent in the three months through September from a year earlier, after shrinking 2.1 per cent in the second quarter, the Abuja-based National Bureau of Statistics said in an e-mailed statement on Monday. The median of 15 economist estimates was for a 2 per cent contraction. The economy expanded a non-seasonally adjusted 9 per cent from the second quarter, the statistics office said.

Government revenue has plunged and foreign currency became more scarce with the decline of oil prices, the country’s main export, since mid-2014, and production fell as militants in the Niger River delta blew up pipelines.

The authorities have struggled to manage the economic fallout, at one point pegging the exchange rate against the dollar for more than a year and more recently using law enforcement to bring down the street price of foreign currency.

“The key drag on the economy remains issues around oil production,” Wale Okunrinboye, an analyst at Asset & Resource Management in Lagos, said in an e-mailed response to questions. “We do not think this reading is a trough for the economy and see downside to growth from a combination of continued militant attacks, depressed real wages and persisting dollar shortages.”

Crude production fell for the fourth consecutive quarter to 1.63 million barrels per day, from 1.69 million barrels in the three months through June, the statistics office said. The oil industry contracted by 22 per cent from a year earlier. The non-oil sector, which includes manufacturing, banking and agriculture, expanded 0.03 per cent. Factory output contracted 4.4 per cent, the third consecutive quarter of decline, and construction shrank 6.1 per cent, the fifth straight quarterly contraction.

Manufacturing was “affected by the foreign-exchange volatility and depreciation of the naira,” Damilola Akinbami, an analyst at Financial Derivatives in Lagos, said by phone. “We saw significant injection in construction, but there is a time lag between when something is implemented and when you see the impact, that’s why we didn’t see the impact in the third quarter.”

The slump in oil and shortages of foreign currency and power could cause the economy to shrink 1.7 per cent this year, according to the International Monetary Fund. That would be Nigeria’s first full-year contraction since 1991, according to data from the Washington-based lender.

No work for Seismic and DrillingToday 09:34" How long has Novasis been in Africa now???? What have they been up to??? Look deep and hard and ponder!"

Mediator, Good idea, I have looked deeper, these FACTS lead me to believe that they may have been doing very little, as is the case for the last 5 years. Do you have any real facts or are you relying on the Rodney Factor... This time next year Rodders? Fingers crossed.

"The Managing Director/Chief Executive of Total Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited, Nicholas Terraz, says the current challenging economic environment is making operators in the industry to defer investments and minimise development drillings.

He said the situation was being aggravated by funding challenges for the joint ventures as well as low oil prices.
Terraz, who spoke at the 2016 Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists Conference management session held in Lagos, said the situation had also resulted in the loss of activity and jobs for contractors providing services to the industry."

Novasis has not missed a beat with the seismic analysis over most of the ground, they were over there before they literally sniff our the deal! Although there called marginal fields they are far from marginal! In the aspects of size although originally 97% down on initial investment this was screaming at me when it was under 40 pence staying top up and you could quite easily see the 97% you are initially down so for me it has to be one more for the road!!! Never backwards always forwards always!! Forward the sign the wringing in the ear of final financial success is sounding hard in the atmosphere!! To one and all one complete throw of the dice I certainly am envisioning double duces let see this beat in the next few months years decades we now have sustainability to go forward!! Quell ?
