Further re voluntary winding-up

The Board announces that under the arrangements agreed with the Company's nominated adviser and broker (Panmure Gordon & Co Limited), their appointment is due to terminate on 2 May 2018, being the day on which an EGM is due to be held at which the resolution to appoint a liquidator is to be put to shareholders. It is not expected that any change will be made to this arrangement and accordingly, as set out in the announcement of 3 April 2018, the Company's shares will be suspended from AIM in the morning of 2 May 2018 and, if the resolution is passed, cancelled the following day. The listing on TISE will also suspend also on 2 May 2018.

If the resolution is not passed however, the Company will not have a nominated adviser and therefore the Company's shares will remain suspended on AIM until a replacement nominated adviser is appointed or, in the absence of such an appointment, a month thereafter at which time the admission will be cancelled in accordance with the AIM Rules.

The extraordinary general meeting of the Company's shareholders is due to be held at 11:00 a.m. on 2 May 2018, following which a further announcement will be made.
