and the FTSE rising to say 5k in due course, will give a super-high NAV !

these are super-highly geared. last weeks drop in ftse probably accounts for it.

sportbilly, you are mixing up the share classes. remember, there are annuity shares sandwiched between the zs and our ords. that money is theirs, being the divs owed but not yet able to be paid due to company act factors. it is those annuity shares which complicate the picture for our ords and make them more risky than an ordinary ord. hence, to some extent a big discount is warranted, at least until there has been some substantial nav growth to well cover the rights of the annuity shares. this is partly due to the BIG factor that the annuities have a life until 2021 and their entitlement to their div until that date overrides any rights of our ords. so, if the trust were to wind up in 2008, when the zs life finishes, there are another 13 years of annuity divs to be paid out before anything is left to the ords.

Just reading throught he fundamentals - net cash per share of 14p !!

Does this include any allowance for what has to be paid to the prefs ??

Also, the divi of 4p per share paid in Nov 2002- i never received any divi!!

Anyone shed any light on these?

patience my friends. this is a long termer. the point is that we all got in very cheap on the basis that things move up over the next 5 years. value will out in the end.

Things are looking up... MMs paying 3p, and selling at full ask of 4.5. But who is buying? RLU must be the most boring share in the world, and only 3 or so of the whole of ADVFN BB post here !!

The 1m sell from aberdeen has just shown up. The good news (if your a holder) is that they got 3p for them, and the MM is holding them, no doubt to sell on ata tidy profit later.

Having looked through the trades for the past week, all trades have been going through at about the 3.5p level - is that the selling price for this stock then at the moment - so why is the bid only 1.5p on the screen ???

millenniumsteve, also worth following the jdt board which a general splits one. im not so sure about epm. doesnt the annuity shares priority mean that they are going to eat up the ords?
