Posted at 14/3/2024 22:53 by festario There is another RDGC group now.I've been advised to tell you to go to the LSE page, as the link is there. |
Posted at 14/7/2023 14:31 by jtourer There is an update on the JP Jenkins site and the RDGC site |
Posted at 01/6/2023 18:37 by jtourer The share was only suspenDED when it was ON aim... |
Posted at 01/6/2023 18:36 by jtourer This share is on the JP Jenkins platform the whole point of which is to provide a matched bargain facility. My understanding is once you have proved your share holding from your current broker you tell them how many you want to sell and the price you'll take.. |
Posted at 07/12/2022 16:42 by sweet karolina2 If you guys can agree a number of shares and a price, then the registrar of shares should be able to sort you out with the paperwork for a small fee - JP Jenkins does that for £20 from both buyer and seller. There is no bid and offer, which is how MMs make their money. You do need your shares in certificated form though, as it will no longer be on CREST. |
Posted at 06/12/2022 22:19 by pennstreet How many do you have? And what price are you looking for? |
Posted at 06/12/2022 07:20 by sweet karolina2 Have you got your shares in certificated form? If so you need to find someone who will buy them and you both fill in a paper transfer form which you can get from the share registrar. |
Posted at 05/12/2022 18:18 by sweet karolina2 You can find out about Fast2Fibre here:It was incorporated in 2014. The last accounts to Dec 21 show it has ZERO revenue and £2m of debt! Does not look very promising to me. RDGC has just under £1m following the 2 loans. It will start burning cash a lot more as it proceeds with the RTO. If this one fails, which looks highly likely, then it will be lights out. I suspect there will be many more AIM Rule 15 shells coming along as more AIM companies go bust and try the RTO gag to keep the gravy train on the rails for the BoD and advisors for a little longer. AVOID them all they are all risk and no reward. The only one that has made it back to trading did so today and it bombed on opening. Whilst there was a theoretical paper profit of up to 50% for those who bought in the placing or got in near that price, all that and more was wiped out straight away and those who have bought today have been able to do so well below that price. That horror story is here: |
Posted at 03/5/2021 05:54 by pineapple288 Rdgc share price jumped 50% day after AAA suspends. Looks like deal done? News imminent |
Posted at 29/3/2021 23:43 by master rsi Rule of how share price move by MMsToday buys and sells were almost even (don't take the 1.2Mx2 into account as is a rollover) MMs to move the share price higher need to be close to 3 buys to 1 sell So today's even buy/sell the share price will move lower as it happened. There is nothing strange about bringing the share price lower, MMs have the ability to do so, as they need the chart to signal the next move. So bring the share price to a double bottom ( close to last Thursday and up again ). Fill the book with the sales and get buyers again on marking the bid higher afterwards. |
