Shameless self promoter Peter Knowles/Festario a man who once immodestly boasted about being 'particularly well off'



Is now flogging his worthless nostrums, unctions and geegaws at a 'POP UP SHOP' (a wallpaper table and a couple of tacky banners) in a hotel lobby two afternoons a week.



A touch down market for someone 'particularly well off' don't you think?

Perhaps Fest isn't as wealthy as claimed or perhaps he's simply trying to offload a spare room full of dormant stock he's lumbered with after his ignominious dismissal from Llandudno Pier?

When it is reported someone 'died' you assume heart attack or stroke etc, but when you die in a car crash you are 'killed' grammatically. When you start delving into this mans activities you really do see what a trail of complex companies and sub-companies of companies he had his fingers in !

It's bad obviously, because he was the only actual director.The other 2 are non execs, just passengers on the gravy train. He was killed in a car accident in France.

ITs too small for SFO I think and FCA aren't interested because it wasn't regulated activity but there is the Action Fraud web site where you can register fraud scams etc.

I have tried numerous ways to contact Ridgecrest, via JP Jenkins, via post, via Linkedin and I even asked Fast 2 Fibre what the situation was - total blank. I think the Police/action fraud are the next ports of call, usefully for them it is too small for SFO. FCA is no good as they weren't engaged in regulated activities. Even if the company has collapsed, there was still theoretically circa £1M in the kitty, or some declaration of administration should have been made. Robert Th has just run off with our cash - he should now be on the run from the Police if this country is still a civilised entity !

It says, that after trying several RTO opportunities and stringing this out for years, they have a lot less of OUR money left and are no nearer creating any new company or shareholder value of any kind. The F2F opportunity has now failed TWICE.I'd say that it's yet another failed SPAC, and our money has pretty much gone now. This should be wound up, and the last dregs of cash distributed back to shareholders.
