I have read the whole thread more than once.
Sincerely hoping Im right here that 1st the boardroom probs leaked and then the trading statement leaked and that by the time we PI's got the rns it was already oversold.
I cannot imagine that the situation is armegedddon here or the new CEO would surely not have taken the post only to have a failure on his CV?
Time and results will tell but certainly at this price I personally have a very good feeling.

A fair summary I would say. Share register is dated Aug 08 and shows Carter and Krite with just over 31% between them and no Institutional holder with more than 7%. Just over 60% in the public domain so the potential for an Institution to get to over 30% is there.

I first got into these when the share price had dropped to £1.20. Have been in and out since but still have my original holding and will be in for more on Monday.

I think you could well be right will all your points. Plus, this company is no one trick pony and, as you say, they have a growing database of individuals into which they can cross sell.

MM's have taken advantage of the mgt changes and profit warning to drive share price down on low volumes.
