08/9/2009 19:01 | If you look at the chart it is obvious that they should have given the profit warning as they were 60pish. It seems the old manangement had their heads in the sand and had to be got rid of 1st, Had the profit warning came at 60p we could have well only fallen to 30p. As somebody else said the new management would not have taken on the role if they did not think they could turn it around. Who would take on a co if they thought they were gonna go bust or fall 75% ? They certainly wouod not want that on their CV ! | debbiegee
08/9/2009 16:28 | theresearcher I see you have ignored my questions in post no26. Why? Also, the one analyst who is now saying Buy is presumeably the same one that has been saying Buy all the way down from 80p plus. Zero credibility IMHO. This may well be oversold but, until the numbers are released, we are all in the dark. It may go up pre-results but that will either be leaked news or pure gambling. I remain of the view that the fall in the share price has been due to a "kitchen sink" job by the new management but until the numbers are there to confirm that the business model works it is too risky for me. Was in when share price in the 20's but got out at 19p. Watching. | jarvis4
08/9/2009 14:47 | Unless there are no late sells to show up there should be an uptick,if not today then in the morning. | debbiegee

08/9/2009 11:56 | theresearcher Finals for Dec 08 show a company well strapped for cash and probably struggling to integrate it's purchases against a background of falling fees per transaction. The ADVFN site shows debts of over £9m and clearly what has been needed is a new senior team that can stamp it's authority on the business. Where do you get your £17m revenue and £4m profit figures from? These cannot be your projection of the awaited half year figures surely? I am expecting revenue of around £4.5m and a trading loss of half a mill. The critical thing will be the update on talks with the banks about overdraft/loan facilities without which this company will run out of cash. Would not be surprised to see a rights issue or some other form of fund raising to give the company the headroom needed to put in place all the changes needed to trade profitably in this challenging environment | jarvis4
08/9/2009 10:48 | nibbling results next week.25p my target a predicted 4m profit from 17m revenues.mkt cap 3.96m.no brainer imho | theresearcher
08/9/2009 09:10 | It was the 2x 25k sells at 12p that must have been placed earlier when the bid was higher. Ive seen it before with a 50k buy placed the stock also moves 20%+.[see the day the director bought 50k the ask was 78 but he was charged 1.00 It would only take 1 savvy decent buyer to push us back up,its a shame the company are in a closed period and cannot buy. | debbiegee
08/9/2009 06:38 | 3.96m mkt cap.interims on or before the 30th sept.predicted 4m profit on a revenue of 17m this sticks out like a sore thumb.more for me today. | theresearcher
