Up 50% intra day from mid December lows. Talks with IBM and Cisco ongoing according to Techinvest. Strong hold imo as story unfolds. Dyor

average trading volume of 20m per day for 2 months can take REDS to 5p soon, I guess.

Will be interesting to see what the volume of shares traded today will be. If in excess of 20 m on a rising share price we could be getting close to 2p very soon. I agree with owenski, these are going to be an interesting holding either way imo.

Redstoneconnect (LON:REDS)

Share price: 1.65p (up 15.8% today)
No. shares: 1,633.2 (taken from RNS dated 29 Apr 2016)
Market cap: £26.9m

(at the time of writing, I hold a long position in this share)

Contract to deliver in-building cellular - I don't normally comment on contract wins, as so many of this type of announcement is spurious. However, this looks quite interesting.

Reading between the lines, it sounds as if the client might be Google's new London HQ, a campus being built near King's Cross station. You can't really get a better reference site than that. Therefore, this contract could be a catalyst to enable REDS to win much more business.

Great contract announcement - the share price should be around 2p excluding this latest big name contract addition, based on the profitability growth that is being recorded/achieved.

this is all developing very nicely - lets admit...below from Trium Capital but DYOR

RedstoneConnect (£23m mkt cap) announces it has won a multi-year, multi-million pound contract for the design, build and operate of an In-Building Cellular solution at the new London HQ of a leading global technology company specializing in internet-related services. While the company is not named, the only company of this kind building a London campus that I’m aware of is Google at Kings Cross. Installation will be completed by March 2017 and roll-out will occur over the next two years. REDS will be using the 3rd party CrossFire solution. That is a great client to have and a strong validation of REDS ability to get a seat at the table on some the biggest London smart building projects. This underpins our unchanged forecasts. On our forecast FCF figure of £1.7m in FYJan 18 and £2.9m in FY Jan19 the stock trades on a yield of 8% and 13% respectively. I really think the market is missing a trick here. Buy. PT 3p.*

Whitman Howard comments from last week's update:

33% upgrade to January 2017 PBT
"Redstone has released a trading update stating it ‘expects to report EBITDA at the upper end of market expectations’. This implies EBITDA of £1.8m which is above our current estimate of £1.5m. Accordingly, we are upgrading our PBT forecast for the year ending January 2017 by 33% to £1.2m from £0.9m. We reiterate our buy recommendation with a 2.2p price target implying 69% upside"

The new contract and should be followed my many new contracts soon... those will provide a nice support for REDS to reach the share value of 5p in the summer
