TORONTO - February 11, 2009 - Redknee (TSX/AIM: RKN), a leading provider of

pleased to announce that Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago 
(TSTT) has expanded Redknee's existing contract to include providing prepaid 
charging services for BlackBerry  smartphones. Using Redknee's new Prepaid 
Smartphone Charging solution, TSTT now enables all of their subscribers to enjoy 
high-value services that were previously only available to post-paid customers. 
 
 
 
More than 90 percent of Trinidad and Tobago's mobile population use pre-paid 
services1. The nation's three mobile operators are aggressively competing to 
increase their relative share of the prepaid subscriber base. Redknee Prepaid 
Smartphone Charging, part of Redknee's Next-Generation Rating and Charging 
portfolio, has enabled TSTT to expand the reach of its popular BlackBerry 
service to its prepaid subscribers. Launched successfully in December 2008, it 
allows TSTT to extend the service and offer the same email, messaging and 
browsing experience on BlackBerry  smartphones for prepaid subscribers as it 
does for postpaid subscribers.
