20/3/2014 09:51 | Thanks Midas. Presumed it was a tip following flurry of small trades. I've been adding substantially here over recent sessions while a seller active. They were on market cap of £8.3m and will have c.£2m net cash while only on a PER 11 ... despite 5-years profitable growth and progressive dividend policy. Well managed company that deserve a higher rating. Regards GHF | glasshalfull
20/3/2014 08:58 | Thanks Midas. Given the recent falls, actually had the finger over the buy button for a top up yesterday but held back. Great timing as ever! | rp19
20/3/2014 08:13 | Tipped in Shares Magazine today - very positive write-up. Their price-target (based on finnCap's forecast 2015 earnings of 1.8p) is 23.4p, for a P/E of 13. | m1das_touch
04/3/2014 19:06 | Wonder if anyone is needing evacuating from the Crimea. | anumidium
04/2/2014 09:43 | Sharp fall today. Any ideas why? | mctmct
30/1/2014 17:57 | Just tweeted, @Glasshalfull1: REDT (Red24)-Risk Mgmt Co. Historic synopsis 4-yrs profitable growth. Beneficiary of USD/ZAR exchange rate??? #TMFPP @Glasshalfull1: REDT (Red24) -Mkt cap £10m - USD/ZAR @ 11.15 with REDT's costs in rand & revenue $. USD/ZAR was @ 9 at start of 2013...now risen 25% #TMFPP Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
24/1/2014 20:19 | Nice to see red 24 up slightly today when everything else on my watch list/ portfolio has taken a beating | pjhutchy
14/11/2013 13:00 | Solid update. | rp19
14/11/2013 08:35 | The Linx deal looks to be giving better than expected returns... These results do not include any share of the results of Linx for the two months to 30 September. Linx have adopted 31 January as their financial year end and it is the Board's intention to treat Linx as an associate company and to bring in our share of their results in our second half year. This will reflect the activity of the merged training businesses, which we expect to exceed those budgeted for second half year from full ownership of Arc. | davidosh
14/11/2013 08:13 | Yes a good set of results. A decent little company this. Off the radar as well. No brokers follow it at all. Good for the small investor | pjhutchy
14/11/2013 08:00 | Looks ok to me too from a quick read; plus a increasing dividend, and a very quiet board. | janeann
14/11/2013 07:16 | A decent set of numbers this morning, imho. Have just had a quick skim through the headline figures, so hopefully there are no nasties lurking below... | dashton42
27/9/2013 18:28 | Another reason for the strong rise could be related to the continued favourable USDZAR currency where currently you can buy a smidgen over 10 rand for 1 greenback - given most of REDT's costs are in in rand and their revenues are in US$ this has got to be a good thing. In mid 2011 the rand was about 7 to the dollar - circa 40+ % in the right direction. Good weekend to all. Weather here in Dubai finally cooling off as it does around end of Sep / early October - that means we can go outside again! | norbert colon

26/9/2013 19:59 | red24 plc (ticker:REDT) Camco Clean Energy (CCE) own 49% of the REDT company. red24 plc and REDT are two different companies. partridc00: Always do your research fully before investing, if not you are just gambling. The rise in share price of red24 plc is not linked with CCE. | activeinvestor
26/9/2013 19:25 | first I've heard CCE owning 49% of REDT. where is the RNS link? | integer
26/9/2013 16:49 | I believe the rise is linked to the good news that CCE just recieved which produced a 120% gain yesterday. CCE owns 49% of REDT. | partridc00
26/9/2013 09:14 | I guess you'd need to be a City insider (which I'm not) to know what the story is behind the recent share price rise. Something's obviously up though. | dashton42
26/9/2013 08:43 | I can't believe I sold out of these just before this huge rise, as I thought there were better opportunities...now it's up about 20%. Oh well. | jamielein
25/9/2013 21:30 | whats going on, bit of consistent buying gain... | integer
23/9/2013 20:49 | I was wondering whether the horrible situation in Kenya was going to create work for REDT as there are lots of Brits there and no doubt travel concerns in that region now. | davidosh
23/9/2013 20:38 | I am sure a number of us who have been shareholders in REDT for a number of years will be pleased to see these new highs - are they just being carried by the general small cap tide or is a re-rating on the cards? Typically profit taking drives the share price back down at this level so its looking very interesting. Single digi P/E and generally great metrics. Ongoing social turbulence particularly in my neck of the woods (Middle East) no doubt keeping the cash tills ringing. | norbert colon
23/9/2013 19:56 | No problem Norbert. There are plenty of SLINKY companies about depending on how tight you set the parameters. I have had some crackers and this is one of them. | davidosh
23/9/2013 18:53 | Davidosh - I am glad my write up on Slinky's over the weekend has reinvigorated this simple analysis tool even if my effort with SWP fell a bit short of the mark! | norbert colon |
