13/8/2019 09:35 | Gold continues strengthening at $1,524 an ounce. Update $1,532 Red Rock continue pumping out information and so far ignoring the cash shortage position: 1) - Announcement about JORC resource at Musonoi, DRC or return of mining license at Mid Migori, Kenya. 2) - Placing or sale of Jupiter shares. One at least of the above has or needs to happen. Company has overreached on loans provided. Either difficult to get back the loans totalling £1.4 million or these are tied up or lost. JORC resource at Musonoi very much delayed on original forecasts. Mid Migori mining license return appears to have more hurdles than expected. | noirua

12/8/2019 18:26 | Bell wields more shares than simply his own And he can dilute the larger holders at the drop of a hat. | torp
12/8/2019 18:02 | Torp, you might well be right, however, yours is a guess just like mine. An interested party might want to join with others if their personal stake was nearer 30%. If they acted together at that point 'the investors' they would have control of the company - three investors hold 31.21%. At present a move might prove successful as directors only hold about 8%: however, they, the three investors, need to raise this to nearer 50% with others. The on market price to buy is 0.54p but might drop back to 0.5p - buying in quantity would be more expensive than a discounted placing. | noirua
12/8/2019 16:50 | Gold is presently at US$1,506 and may push on quite a bit more. One of the few ports in the storm for RRR - other than the JMS holding. | noirua
12/8/2019 14:43 | AB may be asking around amongst the significant holders and those with large holdings, but under 3%. Would they be willing to take part in a placing to avoid dilution? A price around 0.475p with one for two warrants at 0.7p, a guess. The above if obtaining a JORC resource at Musonoi is further delayed. 1620 are getting impatient and they may well be in the majority. Selling JMS shares is the easy way out but Jupiter has announced that certain holders have no inclination to sell at present. AB is disinclined to sell a chunk of Musonoi before a JORC resource is announced and certain major holders would not be happy. A JORC resource at Musonoi is very much overdue against early expectations of January/February 2019. Time is running out AB! ----- 1620: REDROCK now at a 52week low.... the wolves are at the door! | noirua
12/8/2019 09:45 | The number of options and warrants in issue is now fairly low: Manganese Ore Index 37% Price (FOB Port Elizabeth/US$ per dmtu): Week commencing 12/08/2019 - US$4.58 (last week US$4.64) Gold starting to show signs of moving on up and back over the $1,500 barrier. Copper price remains weak despite the bullishness in the recent past. | noirua

11/8/2019 15:12 | It's time Bell stepped down Noirua. Someone else needs to come in and drive the DRC and stop faffing around in Kenya. It's clear to me Bell is the reason the valuation is where it is. | the deacon

11/8/2019 00:09 | Replies continue on the 1620 concerns over Musonoi - Basically guys. If John Boardman of 1620, often on the ground in Lubumbashi, does not appear to know what is going on at Musonoi area 1 and the drill sheds then that is puzzling. They seem to not know some answers and AB could tell them if he wanted to. Has not done so up to the time of posting. Only he knows about the situation moving towards a JORC resource at Musonoi Area 1. If a person talks to AB and he does not want to tell all about the situation it is a waste of time badgering him. He will provide lots of information but no real answers. The WFE agreement was at the time when RRR were to have the tailings resource at area 3, now run by Metacol a subsidiary of the Chinese who have built their own plant. WFE Winmar shares have been suspended for well over a year now and shareholders are bewildered as to what is going on. The ASX allows companies to continue for many years suspended and AIM only six months. | noirua
10/8/2019 18:18 | Torp, the buying of shares in 2010/2011 via exercising options and then selling at a profit, by AB, was worse than you posted. Looks a definite signal to sell if a holder at the time. It also shows zero confidence by AB in 2010/2011 and the shares well over priced. No chance of him selling his current holding at the same percentage profit without very good news at Musonoi and Mid Migori. PJ wont agree as he sold out at prices up to 20p and set his life anew. | noirua
